2013 Cruze with 73k miles. Mil came on and had code p00b7 (coolant flow). Checked and it was low on coolant. Allowed to cool down then added coolant. Now it won't start,no codes. Turns over fine and I can see cam rotating though oil fill cap. Only thing I come up with is ignition issue or spark plugs. Any other suggestions.
