Default Dealership Service Disaster, Chev Factory MIA

Just had a real bad experience with local (Chev of Englewood, NJ). It's gone to dispute @ Visa, so it grinds on.
Problem's with Chevrolet.com. TERRIBLE online rating that (from my recent experience) they've earned. Rep told me they "have no connection to Chev corporate" so can't
pass along dealer complaints or offer any connection to Chev Customer Service or Tech Support.
BTW, same firewall at the dealership–General Mgr. disappeared into the woods.
The gist of my time with Chevrolet.com seems to be Chevvy doesn't want to hear from its owners. Izzat possible?

Like everything else, dealerships , some are good and want to keep customers and others have all the business they can handle, so they become forgetful.

When times are tough and nobody is buying new vehicles, the service dept carries the dealership, but when people start buying new vehicles again , the service dept seems to forget their customers.
Not all dealerships are the same, shop around and you will find one that will at least listen to your problem(s) and hopefully have a better memory.
Don't forget they have a hard time getting new techs and keeping them too. A lot of young folks don't want to get dirty these days and a tech can be a dirty job.
Patience and courtesy can go a long way, .

I know from my own experience you make some good points. My first Chev was a '74 K5 and it's been pretty much Chevys ever since. Dealerships can vary a lot from generally good to positively crooked.
My interest with this post was to get a reaction on Chevrolet.com. It would be a damn shame if the marque some of us have supported for many years doesn't want to hear from us any more. If they abandon their loyal customers to sub-standard dealerships, they'll lose us.
Thanks for your reply!
