Will intake manifolds from 3400 fit on a 3100? And will it give me more power?

Will intake manifolds from 3400 fit on a 3100? And will it give me more power?
I have a 96 beretta z26 with the gm 3100 and was wondering if I were to swap a 3400 lower and upper intake manifolds and throttle body, would they fit, and would I get any power increases?
