Ever since I have bought this vehicle it has had an unsteady idle. It never dies or anything, but the tach just jumps around idle, maybe a 100 RPM's or so back and forth consistently. It lessens a bit when it's in gear but still very noticeable.

I have replaced EGR/Tube because they we're faulty. I have also replaced spark plugs and wires with AC Delco parts, visually inspected/listened for vacuum leaks (doesn't mean there isn't any), I have checked the air filter, also when I got the vehicle sometimes the throttle body would hang on take off because there was so much build up, so i've already had it out and cleaned it, it looks brand new.

There is no warning codes, it never tries to die all the way. It just idles funny, you can hear it in the motor along with the tach gauge, if you have the hood up for sure.

Could anyone point me in the correct direction to fixing this.
