I have picked up a 2012 Equinox and the headlight Lenses need some polishing. It looks like the top side of the lenses are kind of frosted or is that just more discolouring of the lens also?

I have a 13 Equinox lights are the same tried different wax cleaners and it looks good for a couple of days maybe a headlight restore kit might help.
