Default LY7 3.6L head oil leak, help?

My Wife's car is a 2008 Pontiac Torrent GXP (Equinox Sport). Has the 264 HP LY7 3.6L under the hood with 80K miles. Noticing it has an oil leak on passenger side rear head. Took apart the air box today so can get a good look at the side of the engine. I found this leaking. No clue what it is on the head, kind of like a spot where a sensor should be but was never used. I know its the leaking spot as each time I clean it, oil comes right back. I don't know if this is a serious issue or what. Any help would be helpful, Thank you!

First picture so you get an idea of where am talking about on engine location

2nd picture has the screw driver pointing to where it is leaking from as I cleaned the side of the block already of the oil residue.
