Unhappy Plz help, Nox hesitation @ 45-60 mph with hesitation cylinder one misfire

My engine light is on, scanner said cylinder one has misfire. Replaced cylinder 1 coil pack but still hesitate, or jerking ,bucking feeling after driving for about 15 mins when I reach 45 to 60 mph. RPM jumping up , I have a strong exhaust smell and I've noticed my gas mileage is getting worse . Oh, engine light back on and still getting a cylinder 1 misfire code
I had all new plugs and wiring replaced almost 2 years ago. I also had the dreaded stable contract problem and got the left front sensor replaced and the light has been off since then ( 2 months now )
I am suddenly a single mom, without a job and can't keep trying to fix this. Plz help me so I can tell the mechanic what to fix
Thank you so so much for your help

Is that hard to do? Meaning, the plugs on the back of the engie are hard to get to. Is cylinder 1 on the back or front?

Probably the odd are on the back. Swap 1 with 3, see if you then have a misfire on #3
