Default 2003 Chevy suburban reduce engine speed

I have a 2003 Chevy suburban v8 4x4
212,018 miles on it the reduce engine speed
Light comes on followed by the check engine light. Then loss of power but if you shut off the engine and wiggled the throttle body wires it will recover most of the time
Replace T/body and throttle pedal position sensor and it still dose the reduce engine speed it comes on randomly
I dont sure what to do next ?? I want it fix o2 sensor change new battery any advice would be helpful

The next thing you should do is post in the Suburban section. However, since moving the throttlebody harness seems to make a difference, you may have a bad connection there. You may need to replace that plug.
