Bought a 2006 equinox used and obviously these people had some issues with the climate control because they had bypass the heater core so I reconnected it to see if it actually worked or not and could not get the climate controls to work then I tried the heated seat controls and found those weren’t working either and so I did the reset on it and the buttons did light up but now it won’t start what the hell? I found that it also has a splice into the purple wire of the main wiring harness coming off of the fuse block. What the heck is it? Is it a dealer add-on?
