What is chevy problem or should I say my problem in getting a fix for getting the key out after you turn it off, won't turn all the way. Talk to the dealer and they say they have not heard of this problem

 

try pushing the brake pedal multiple times and turning the key...maybe the brake interlock is jammed.

 

Thanks I will try it, have tried every thing I can think of, as many people have complained about the problem you would think there would be a recall on it.

 

Have only 55000 miles on the car and have taken three trips and all three time the check engine light has come on. First it was a spark plug shorting out then next time it was the stabilizer needed serviced and that was the EGR valve next was a miss fire in the engine and the dealer said it was the fuel pump so they replaced it and charged me 5 hundred dollars and never made it out the drive way and it started missing again, I told them it was in the plugs again but I am just a customer that do not know anything, but they changed the wires and plugs again and guess what happen, it run fine. Then the check engine light come on again so I got a code reader and it said I had a small leak in the EVAP, well when they put the plugs in they broke a plastic valve on top of the engine, next and still have the problem of getting the key out to shut engine down, have to restart the engine and play with the shifter from park to drive.
