I have a 2010 Equinox Lt and the xm was deleted as the option, how can I put it back on? what parts and wiring would I need. The radio displays the Xm feature but says not available

Welcome to the forum.
Checked with your selling dealership? It may be nearly impossible to add the factory option back in. It's probably more cost effective to trade it in for another Equinox.

If it's like my 07, you can buy the module and install it yourself or the dealer can do it. If you let the dealer do it, you're looking at about seven hundred dollars. I can't afford that. If you're handy, the module can be had for less than two hundred and you can install it yourself. I can't afford that either. I bought a cheap XM set up at Walmart and just tune it to a ghost FM station. The XM costs me 14.95 per month. That, I can afford.
