Hi. Know these are two totally different automobiles. However, gettingmore interested in the Equinox for more room. Main question. Is it difficult to get in and out for older people. Some of the bigger ones are hard to step in to.

Actually pretty easy for older or infirmed people I have a 2010 nox and wife has 2011 nox we transport her parents a lot 80-84 yr olds and Mom is infirm and has no problems getting in and out.

 

Me and my wife had the same issue when making oru purchase this Monday. Deciding between the Equinox or Impala. The dealer even said if we needed room for our 2 year old and the car seat, the Equinox was the way to go. so far, have not had any problems getting daughter in and out fo vehicle and easier to put the car seat int hen the last car.
