My 2012 Equinox was running great, was out of it for 2 hours, came back and it was dead. Jumped started right off. Drove home, got back in it 2 hours later and started fine. Went to parents for 3 hours, went to leave and started fine. Drove home, wife gets in it an hour later and no power, no lights at all and key is stuck in ignition in on position. Order a jump pack last night, arrives this morning, hook it up, car starts immediately, runs for 2 seconds and dies with jump pack still attached providing power. Everytime I try to start it, it has all the signs of a completely dead battery (no lights, no sounds) and key gets locked in on position. One time using jump pack the traction off button stayed on. I dont believe the battery is completely dead or it wouldnt turn immediately over so easily. Any ideas?
