Hi, My name is Chris. I have a 2012 Chevy Equinox LTZ and my issue is sometimes the radio will shut off and not come back on. It does not recognize that it has a CD player, I know it does because it took a CD in but now I can not retrieve it. Is it possible it needs the computer reset? If so, how do I do this. Also, my passenger side seat belt seems to be locked. The back end was hit but air bags did not deploy but the seat belt does not work, not sure if it worked before or not. Is there a way to fix it or will it have to be replaced?
