Default 2012 Equinox Oil Leak

Hey Guys,
Took my car into Firestone today because I noticed leaking oil. They pin pointed it to this (see attached pictures). They wanted to know if there is a seal behind it and needed time to check it out. I wanted to know if any of you guys know the cost of repair and what you think needs to be replaced, either replacing the part (see picture) or if there is a seal behind it.

high pressure fuel pump and yes there is a gasket between it and the head, the high pressure lines that hook to it should be replaced also if they take them off. If they couldn't figure out what it was I wouldn't be trusting them to fix it, just my opinion. I'm sure they have access to Mitchell, alldata or identifix so it shouldn't have been hard to find out the information.

Clean the area and recheck later. In this area possible sources of the oil leak is the valve cover gasket or the fuel pump gasket and O-ring seal.

If the fuel pump is removed incorrectly it can be broken. To reseal the fuel pump you'll need to replace: gasket, O-ring seal, 2 bolts and high pressure pipe.

Because of the location I think it is like oil was spilled during oil and oil filter change.
