2013 Equinox 2.4L Ecotec AWD Ticking noise. Can't figure out.

Default 2013 Equinox 2.4L Ecotec AWD Ticking noise. Can't figure out.
I'm trying to figure out this ticking noise. 2.4L 2013 Car runs perfectly. Fuel trims are perfect. I have replaced timing chain, balance shaft chain, sprockets, hydraulic valve adjusters. Ran car without accessory belt, still made noise.

That sounds like a bad high pressure fuel pump to me. Either the spring on the pump broke or the lifter follower/plunger behind it has failed.
