I apologise in advance if this is the wrong place for this. How do you turn off the calling option via your phone on Bluetooth? When my phone rings I don't want it to ring in the vehicle...every other vehicle I've owned/own there is an option to have the Bluetooth connection as audio only and no phone. How is this accomplished in the equinox?

 

I ran into the same issue and it turned out to be a sync problem between the infotainment system and my phone. After I deleted my phone from the system and paired it again, activecalls started showing correctly and everything worked fine after that. Make sure your phone’s Bluetooth permissions are all enabled too, especially for contacts and calls.
