Hi Everyone, I'm from Vancouver Island and ordered a 2023 Equinox Premier in January. After chatting with Chev Customer Service I gave them the order #, and they told me they have no info in my order. The dealership doesn't want to help me out much. I do know my order is still in code 3000, and I have been given 2 TPW's to date (Target Production Week).
The first was 3/20/2023 the last one was 4/17/2023. I can't seem to have clarified that code 3000 was only an acceptation order and it has to be assigned 3300 to get a production date.

Something seems to be a little messed up. Any clarification would be greatly Appreciated. Thanks

 

Welcome from Florida. Have you given them any money yet? Do you have a receipt or quote sheet?

 

Yes o both. A small deposit, and I have copies of the order sheet and first sheet with order number and first TPW.

 

Tell the dealership that you want your deposit back and they will probably be more receptive to help you. Also talk to the general manager at the dealership not the salesman.
