Avas tracking location off by over 40 miles

Avas tracking location off by over 40 miles
Hi All,
Just got an Equinox 2022 and registered the Avas tracking thing. And I guess is showing someone else’s car. Location is over 40 miles away from where am at. And it has gps location from the 11th of November. We bought the car new on the 13th.
anyone had this happen to them ?
I sent a message to the horrible support system they have. Waiting for a reply.
