When you go to brake or at a slow speed it's like a loud rubbing sound.

Maybe you have an improperly installed brake pads? Honestly I don't know, mine started making noise a couple of months ago and it drove me nut for 4 days, so I brought it in and funnily enough, they told me they couldn't hear anything. WTF?
