I have a 2007 Chevy Equinox LS. There are no chimes when I turn the key on, nor do the turn signal blinkers make a noise inside. What could be the problem and how do I fix it?

 

All of the audible chimes & warnings are produced by the front left speaker. This includes the turn signal/hazard lamp tick. You most likely have broken wires in the driver's door jamb or your front left speaker is blown.
