Question Clips on door side of rear seats in a 2010 Equinox

I just noticed these clips on my 2010 Equinox. They're on the outside/door side of the rear seats... a clip attached to a bungie that is permanently attached to the seats and is mostly hidden under a flap of leather. What are these for? I can't find anything online. Something for when the seats are folded down? Something for the cargo area (net?)? They're on the outside of the seats and permanent, so they're not the armrest restraining strap I've seen in a few places (they wouldn't reach). Any thoughts?

Thanks!

post a pic

the rear seat belt straps are used to lower the seat belt angle for a child...to keep the belt shoulder strap in the correct position. Its in the owners manual.

Default Clips pics

I checked the manual for the things I could think of, but didn't come up with child seatbelt straps. Not sure if that's them - I'll have to check. In the meantime, here's two pics.

yep, its for what i mentioned. look in the seat belt section/child seat section. See the imprint of the book with the i on it...it means refer to the owners manual.
