I'm desperate, I hope someone can help me. I have a 2019 Equinox 2.0 fwd and last week the reverse became very weak, only moving the car on the level, any slope in the terrain the RPM increases and the car stops suddenly. The car moves forward, but I had some episodes where it would not engage gear running at about 24 mph. We checked the oil and it is perfect, only 50 thousand km driven. On the Chevrolet scanner we were unable to connect with the module. What to do? Is it just a problem with the TCM?

 

No comm to the module should be followed by verifying powers and grounds to that module as a first step. A wiring diagram will be necessary.
