MY 2007 EQUINOX LT POWER STEERING HAS STOPPED WORKING. STEERING IS VERY HARD AND AM UNABLE TO PROPERLY STEER. I UNDERSTAND, THE EQUINOX DOES NOT HAVE A POWER STEERING PUMP BUT RATHER A POWER STEERING MOTOR. WHAT CAN I CHECK FOR TO REMEDY THIS SITUATION? ANYONE ELSE WITH THE SAME PROBLEM?

 

on my wife's equinox the motor to the power stearing stopped working right after she had to get it jump started. I was wondering if there is some sort of reset to it? Kinda hope it does'nt have to go back to the shop again.

 

You blew the 80 amp PS fuse located under the underhood fuse box. This is a special type of fuse youll have to get it from the dealership.

 

Does anyone knows if there has been any recalled for the Power Steering Fuse? My 2007 Equinox blew the fuse and it was very hard to find the fuse in at the dealers.

 

I have an 80 Amp Fuse that is for the 07 Equinox. I have several that I am selling that I purchased from company since dealership could not get it.

 

I know this post is old but if you know of a person who needs EPS 80 Amp Fuse, I got a couple - I had to purchase several of them from the company since the dealership could not get me the product.

 

The power streeing on my wife's 2007 Equinox stopped working suddenly, does any one know how I can fix this problem ? No indicators are on at all. Thank you.

 

I might need one of those fuses, once I determine if that is what I need to fix my wife's Equinox problem.

 

You guys have any idea how much that particular fuse would cost? Just curious, getting ahead of what is to come

 

Where and what does this fuse look like? Is there a fuse number location?
