Default Equinox wheel interchage

I have a 2012 equinox and the coating on the wheels has come off, I found a nice set of 2020 wheels, will they interchange without any issues?
Thanks

It shouldn’t have any problems. You just have to change the Tpms sensors to the new wheels

Reading through ads looking for used winter tires/rims for my 2020 , lots of people point out that for 2018-2020 the rims on equinox have changed and rims from older equinox won't fit , as well 2018-2020 equinox rims will not fit older equinox

I'm confused , please help me make the right choice

I would think they would have to bolt on. The tire pressure sensors are probably different, though. I will let you know for sure in a couple weeks.

After a bit of reading I'm now quite sure that Equinox rims for 2018-2020 vehicles are different then the older ones and only current rims will fit on 2018-2020 Equinox cars

The 2018-2020 vehicles allow from 17 to 19 inch tires/rims and the listings from this particular vendor are usefull and informative year and size wise for OEM rims

https://www.hubcaphaven.com/c/580/ch...eels_rims.html

The new rims 'might' fit older vehicles but not the other way around , keep posting your findings and we will all be better informed

Thank you ...... Vinny
