Equinox windshields
I may be wrong, but it is very doubtful, as there are a lot of years between those, and even a potentially minor change could add up to not fitting.
The other issue is that most windshield replacement shops cannot guarantee they will not break a windshield when removing it. I had a leak in the windshield on one of my pickup trucks, and no one would remove it to reseal it - I tried several auto glass shops. They told me it would most likely crack during the removal. One guy finally offered to squirt some sealing back in under the edge of the glass from inside, up near the headliner, and it stopped the rain water coming in thankfully.
The issue is that the windshield is kinda sealed in place, and wants to hang on. Think of it as being glued in with silicone caulk. It will crack SOMEWHERE during the removal due to having to be pried and pulled on to get it off.
I am afraid you will need to get a new windshield for the 2007, unless you are very confident in your own skills to handle glass like that and can pull it off the one car and put it on the other. No windshield shop is going to do that for you I am afraid.
