Fog light wiring question

Fog light wiring question
Purchased this fog light kit:

attached is the wiring diagram that came with the kit. I have a couple of questions about the wiring diagram....
I assume the wire from the switch goes to the + wire to one of the turn signal lights.
again assuming the other + light wire past the fuse connects to the positive wire going to the low beam light since the other + wire goes to the high beam lamp.
this setup only allows the fog lights to light when the low beam lights are on and shu off when the high beam is light.
do I have this figured out correctly?
