I flashed out heater core changed the blend door replaced the t-stat blows cold air at a idle rev it up blows some what warm air

 

you have air in the cooling system. newer vehicles should be vacuum filled to prevent this. best way at this point is to drain the rad and vacuum fill the system. other less desirable options; you can try to thermocycle it or quickly pop off and on the heater core return hose with it running (system cold) to burp out the air pocket...yep its messy.
