I bought a gm air deflector for 2013 equinox. After spending more time than i should have trying to install it i finally took it off. The hardware would not sit properly on the hood and sat way to close when the hood was closed. Anyone else have issues with this part. I guess i am now stuck with it as i don't think i can return it.

Welcome to the forum, I installed my GM air deflector on my 07 Tahoe I had to adjust the rubber hood stops just a tad to allow some clearance for the hood hardware and cowl... I am not familiar with the Equinox to know if the hood stops are adjustable but its something you may want to check...
