1) What is the exact problem you are having - does the radio not turn on at all or is it turning on but produces no sound?
2) Is the factory radio still installed?
3) Do have the premium audio option with the factory installed amplifier under the rear seat and subwoofer in the right side of the cargo area?
If the radio doesn't power up at all then check the 15A RDO (17) and 10A BCM (20) fuses in the interior fuse panel on the passenger side of the console. If the RDO fuse is good, pull it out overnight to see if this resets the radio.
If the radio turns on but you have no sound AND you have the factory amplifier & sub, you should also check the 25A AMP (12) fuse in the same location.
