Default Losing fluid

I have replaced water pump, thermostat, radiator, and heater core. Still losing fluid. Now I have water on driverside floor board. I'm also hearing fluid movement on driverside when I start the vehicle after sitting over night. Any idea where I could be losing fluid from?

Unless it's coming from outside the vehicle, it's likely the heater coolant.
