I have a 2012 Chevy equinox with a 2.4 l engine. The car hesitates when acceleratiing from a stop. It happens only when the engine is hot. I replaced the spark plugs, and coils, and it still does the same thing. Please Help.

 

Is the Check Engine light on? If so, get it scanned and post codes here.

Is the engine making any abnormal sounds? How many miles are on it?

 

I forgot to add that there is no check engine light, and there is 103,000 miles roughly on the car.

 

Did you replace the plug wires?

 

This model has individual coils. No wires. I have not seen any.
