Loud clicking, along with miss fire, no CEL, and with spark plug jutting

Loud clicking, along with miss fire, no CEL, and with spark plug jutting
on my 2008 nox i just started hearing loud clicking coming from engine by, along with small miss fire and no CEL. I look on the back and see spark plug 1 jutting in and out. Any one else have the issue?????
