The most likely causes are sway bar links. They have ball sockets that wear out and cause a noise over small bumps or a rough parking lot. They are the thin links that hook to the strut and to the bar going across the car to the other side. If the noise coming from the front suspension while traveling over bumps in the road, it's because of bushings in the control arms. They will need to be replaced. If your front suspension squeaks while bouncing, it can indicate that the shocks are worn and need to be replaced.

Could you describe the noise? Is it moaning/groaning, ticking, clunking, banking, squeaking, thumping, whistling, or squealing? Does the noise vary with engine RPM or vehicle speed?
