What all have you tried to remove? Typically they nest near the HVAC intake (pass. side under windshield cowl) and/or on top of the cabin air filter. The nest/debris can be cleaned up by removing the cabin filter and blower motor.

Typically anything that gets past the blower will get caught by the evaporator. If there’s small particles coming from the vents, you may need to remove the blower motor and clean what you can with a shop vac, then roll the windows down and run the blower on high to clear the vents and vacuum what comes out.

the HVAC box and duct work can’t be removed without pulling the entire dash panel & framework out.

You could also schedule a detailing - some detailers have specialized brushes/vac attachments for deep cleaning the vents.
