I just put a new battery in my 2013 Chevy equinox. now the temperature in my car show Celsius instead of Fahrenheit. My odometer now shows dashes instead of my mileage. My Dashboard screen is completely different now and there are things on there I've never seen before but everything is at 0 or nothing. Any ideas on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated. I looked in the manual and I googled everything I can think of and can't find anything.

Your display settings were probably reset when the battery was disconnected. Consult the owners manual to set them back to the way they were.
