I changed my struts on my 07 Equinox but now the wheel tilt outward very drastically.
Is this something that will be corrected from an alignment?
I tried to loosen bolts and tilt knuckle out but not much luck.

If you look at the original strut brackets; the holes are round with no room for movement...they bolt up in only one position. On the replacement ones, usually the lower one is slotted. Because of this, it will have to be aligned to correct. Its not gonna move with all the weight on it. the tech will adjust it with the weight off the struts. Getting an alignment is a good idea anyway due to the age of the springs or if new springs were installed...this changes ride height which changes alignment angles.
