Have a 2016 equinox it started with the stabilitral light on them the engine light came on them the airbag when these come on the rpm lever sticks and i can't drive the car when the lights are off it drives great. Had a code ran and it came back with code p0651. Any help

 

This code is for a 5V reference voltage fault to sensor from the computer (ECM) This can be an individual sensor or the wiring of that circuit. Motor size might help in diagnosis.
