I recently purchased a 2015 Equinox 2LT. Approximately 4 minutes after I start the vehicle, I get a popping noise from the rear of the vehicle. It goes pop -- pop -- pop -- pop -- pop -- pop pop pop pop pop pop pop -- pop. Does anyone know what this may be? The dealer states they never heard of this before. I was wondering if it could be from the ANC unit in the back. The manual does not give much information regarding the ANC unit other than that it is there and do not block it.

I've had exactly the same experience in my 2015 Chevy Equinox LT. The slow pops followed by several rapid ones. I took it to the dealer after reading several posts about older models (most said it was an auxiliary pump), but the dealer claimed they'd never heard of this before and couldn't find any information on GM's site. Still not fixed.

 

So I have a 2011 and mine does the same thing. But mine does it while my cars off. How about you guys?
