I have a 2020 Equinox that I can’t get the Infotainment system to recognize an USB thumb drive. The “stick” is formatted in FAT32 and has 551MB of music on it. It is a 1.85 capacity stick. The port will recognize other drives but this one it will not. My lap top can see and play it. A weird thing - at least to me is after the drive quits flashing the Infotainment system seems to reboot. System shuts off and then comes back to life by itself. Anyone know what I can do?

 

Scan your jump drive on a PC, my be corrupted data. 2; Copy to another freshly formatted drive. There are some poor quality Jump drives out there..
