Hey guys just made an account to find some help. I have a 2003 GMC Savanna 3500. 6.0L V8. I'm having issues with the TPS (throttle positioning sensor) I've replaced it. twice. and still no luck. I've also replaced the pigtail connector for the sensor. My friend works for the GM dealer in town and ran the codes for me (CEL has been on) It came up P0122 which is Low input voltage to the TPS. And the code P1122. Which is intermittent low voltage to the TPS. My mechanic said it was the intake gaskets which just doesn't add up to me. Why would the intake gasket cause low voltage to the TPS. It's idling terrible and it's shifting insanely hard. Anyone have any problems like this?

check the 5voltref voltage wire for voltage.

The scanner I used show no reading from the GPS. No voltage and it didn't show a response from throttle input.

the scanner shows the signal wire voltage. We need to know what the 5volt reference supply voltage is. Do you know how to check this or not?
