Default Air-conditioning clutch keeps burning up? why?? 1994 Chevy G30 cut away 5.7

on my 3rd air conditioning clutch, probably getting less than 1000 miles B4 cluch blows apart. have also installed new pumps too...
Whats wrong here?

Belt too tight? That will roast the bearings.

single belt drive, the clutchs have been burning literally off the pully. (face plate of the clutch)

Did you check/adjust the air gap? I don't know the spec for these compressors, but if the air gap is a little too big or the magnet behind the idler is weak, it will cause slippage, and cause it to burn up.
