I think it's also a different type of plastic. The plain black one has a grainy finish to it, not good for a shiny gloss paint job to match the body. I thought about painting mine, but I'm not that good. Besides, I have too many other things I want to do.

Default A couple questions if anyone would take the time plz!

So I just purchased a 2000 2500 chevy silverado LT with the longer bed and the 2 doors that flip open not the crew cab I believe they call that. And this my first truck and I was wondering for now it has a slight lift so its higher than stock I'd say and there is room in the wheel well...if I wanted to add higher thicker tires thAn the 265 75 R/16s that are on it now to seems higher up until can fully afford a nice lift and add spacing I would assume. But what tires would be best for that purpose im looking for ? Amy ideas guys? Once again thank you. -Nell-

While someone here may know, there is a sub section specifically for the Silverado. You are currently in the one for Express vans. But generally speaking, while bigger tires will lift to a certain point, going this route causes a few issues, most importantly,(and aside from any clearance issues) the speedometer. Good luck.

able to work on the van.... I have how ever ventured in

I was gonna text you later, but now I don't have to. Glad you're doin' better.

Temps are dropping here through tomorrow, but should be back to near 60 by the weekend.

Here's where I would make some snide comment about the human shaped flaw in the paint above and below the tag. But you've been ill, so I'll keep it to myself.

Thumbs up

Hey STAN...
I have missed your humor... I am glad that my van has the shine to
reflect a body standing 4ft away....
