They are integral with the hubs, so its not just the rotors, but the wheel bearings too.
Pick up a Haynes repair manual for step by step info. Always good to have. I can't remember if the inner bearing races come with or need to be driven in. Check with your parts dealer.

disassembly is actually straight forward.
it took me longer to clean the bearings and repack them.
only special tool i needed was the proper size allen for the calipers
the outter bearing comes out really easy
the inner bearing needs to be removed by putting the big castle nut back in and ramming the rotor/bearing outwards to pop out the inner bearing
might need a big c-clamp if youre replacing pads too
