Given the wide range of problems you are having my bet is that when they did the repairs they had to disconnect the wire harness ground splice packs/points and didn't get them clean and tight when reinstalled, there are a bunch of these some on the engine, frame, and body. I'd focus on those near the damage/repair. IIRC there is a one just below the drivers position on the frame and one near the battery on the fenderwell structure..
