Default Know anything about the Rochester Quadrajet Carburetor?

If I got a new carburetor, would it come with new floaters in it?

Welcome to the forum,
It would be my guess that it would, the last RQJ that I worked with had a brass float, but that was years ago, suspect they are all plastic now

You can buy new floats that's the main proble is the plastic breaks down & the quit floating & will flood the engine.
Yes, a new carb would help but then the getting ight be off.
