I didn't say the links were not working. My guess would be that mine has the wrong pic, showing the 60 as way different than your link. You posted in Best Upgrades a pic of your diff. But I'm not searching 60 pages for it. Does it look like a 60? The sticker say yes.

Insert humorous "rear end" comment here.

Okay, here's my confusion. Link 1 shows the gaskets for a lot of Dana rear ends.

Dana Axle ID & Application Guide

And link 2 shows the covers of many rear ends, including 8 Dana's.

Differential Identification | Gearhead Diva

I suspect link 1 to be wrong. The gasket shown for the 60 is way different than the 50, 70, or 80. I'll be strolling out to mine a bit later to see what I got.

Here is where I am confused as to what your talking about
when I look up to buy a diff cover for my Dana 60 it shows
that the Dana 60 and 70 use the same Diff cover.. just like that
pic that illustrate the two diffs I posted.. they use the same Cover
the link as to were I am going to buy my Diff cover shows
that it fits both 60 and 70 Rear Diffs

Okay, here it is. My best guess , based on link #2 in my last post, it looks like I have a "GM 8.6", and Powertrax doesn't make anything for it. But you guys look and see if I'm right. And no, there is no label.

I think that the 1st link is some what misleading because they talk about years
and there may be a difference in the years..
I am just talking about our vans not every other year.. lol
