I want to be able to tweak my motor's performance for better fuel economy as well as read all my sensors but I don't know what OBDII tuner I should be looking at? I have friends with bullydog tuners, but they are not compatible with the 02' 5.7L. I like them because I don't have to get my masters in engine tuning. I really just want to be able to read y OBD codes and change my tune from economy to power/tow.

Does anyone here know of a tuner I can use? Laptop is totally an option (I have toughbook docks in my vehicles).
