Default Recommendation for a swivel base for seat?

Hello....trying to get a recommendation on a good swivel mount for the passenger seat. I've seen a few for $199 but was curious if anyone has found any for less? Thanks

Without going to a pick-a-part, I think $199 is pretty good.

for a good one I agree...I bought a pair out of a Roadtrek 190 class B converted express...they are seriously beefy and work well..

Those aren't just swivel adapters are they. It looks like they come with their own pedestal? Do the seats go 360deg?

Yes an entire replacement seat base...basically uses a trailer spindle/bearing set up...beefy stuff. You get about 300dgs rotation.

Thanks. And once installed in the van, the seat is able to turn freely without hitting up against stuff?

you have to manipulate the slider back and forth a bit (particularly on the driver side) to clear the steering wheel but it's something you figure out quick, you do have to crack the doors open for the initial movement, mostly to allow the lock/release handle to clear the door panel. There is no "silver bullet" fix/position for this, the space available dictates some back and forth with the seat. Roadtrek obviously spent a lot of time figuring out how much offset is required for both the static position and the center of rotation and understood how much structure was required to hold the seat stable with that offset.

Very nice...I'm envious. However I'm only looking for 1 mount for the passenger seat.

I'd like a set of those bases.
