Default timing marks

I have a 2001 chevy express 5.7L

I want to get the van to top dead center, but I only see one mark on the harmonic balancer and according to the shop manual,
there should be 2.

Sometimes the manufacturer makes changes that are not in a shop manual. If it has one indent its likely TDC.
